Itai is a young man with a big heart and a passion for bringing people together through food. Every week, he loves cooking and baking for family and friends, sharing homemade dishes that are made with care and enjoyed around the table.

What began as baking for loved ones has grown into the opportunity to share his creations with the wider community. Starting with his signature focaccia, homemade apple and raisin bakes, and other family favourites, every recipe is prepared using quality ingredients and plenty of care.

With the support of his family, friends, and customers, Itai hopes to continue growing his bakery, introducing new flavours, seasonal specials, and even more homemade treats in the future.
